The YouTube channel 'Entertainment President Lee Jin Ho' released a video on the 18th addressing the dispute between comedian Park Na Rae and her former managers. The video focused on the process behind the reported breakdown of settlement negotiations and cited audio recordings and messenger conversations as part of a “fact check.”

Lee Jin Ho stated that he had no intention of defending Park Na Rae. He emphasized that the situation should be judged based on evidence rather than allegations. He added that Park Na Rae had reportedly acknowledged there were aspects she clearly did wrong and that she needed to take responsibility.
The video revisited a former manager’s claim that a promised monthly salary of KRW 5 million (approximately USD 3,700) was reduced to KRW 3 million (approximately USD 2,200). Lee Jin Ho explained the former manager’s employment timeline and corrected an earlier figure. He said the agency clarified the actual payment was in the KRW 2.3 million range (approximately USD 1,700) rather than KRW 1.7 million (approximately USD 1,250). He also pointed to messenger exchanges that he interpreted as the former manager indicating flexibility regarding pay.
Lee Jin Ho also addressed allegations tied to a filming schedule last year. The former manager alleged verbal abuse and humiliating remarks after being asked to find wine glasses and lighting equipment. Lee Jin Ho cited testimony from a hair and makeup staff member who said the request was made but denied that there was coercion, insults, or swearing.
The video further discussed a late night meeting that took place in the early hours of December 7 to 8. While the former manager claimed to have attended alone, Lee Jin Ho said he received information that the former manager’s romantic partner or someone they were seeing was also present. He claimed the meeting was therefore a two on two situation. He also alleged that both parties were emotional during the meeting and that the former manager urged Park Na Rae not to step down from her programs.
According to Lee Jin Ho, settlement talks later fell apart after the former manager’s lawyer sent a draft agreement the following day. He said Park Na Rae’s side reacted strongly to wording that demanded certain allegations be acknowledged as false and withdrawn. Tensions reportedly escalated, and negotiations ultimately collapsed later that night.
Lee Jin Ho concluded by stating that positions on the same issue can differ drastically. He reiterated that the matter should ultimately be verified through evidence.
