Han Kyung Rok, a member of legendary punk rock band Crying Nut, is set to appear on MBC’s popular reality show "I Live Alone".
According to industry sources on January 27, Han recently participated in the recording of I Live Alone. His episode is scheduled to air at a later date.
I Live Alone is a long-running observational variety program that follows the daily lives of celebrities who live alone. Current fixed cast members include Jun Hyun Moo, Kian84, and Code Kunst.
Born in 1977, Han Kyung Rok is 49 years old and currently unmarried. He is known as the only single member of Crying Nut, one of South Korea’s most influential punk rock bands, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Viewers are eager to see what kind of single life the veteran rocker will reveal on the show.
On stage, Han is recognized for his raw energy and bold performances as Crying Nut’s bassist. However, "I Live Alone" is expected to showcase a more personal and previously unseen side of the musician.
His appearance comes amid recent cast changes on the show, following the departure of former fixed members Park Na Rae and Key. With new faces being introduced, including Han Kyung Rok, attention is focused on whether his free-spirited and honest rocker personality will bring fresh energy to the program.
