Im YoonA once again closed out the year on a high note, taking home the 2025 Actor of the Year Chosen by the Public (Film Category) at the 30th Consumer’s Day KCA Culture and Entertainment Awards.
Attending the ceremony in a sleek suit, Im YoonA drew attention on the red carpet with her elegant and refined presence. She was honored for her powerful performance as Jung Seon Ji in the film 'The Devil Has Moved In', where she delivered a striking transformation and brought depth and vitality to the character.
In the film, Im YoonA portrayed a demanding dual role, playing a bakery owner by day and a devil who awakens at dawn. Her detailed acting, seamless emotional shifts, and ability to balance humor, suspense, and heartfelt moments earned widespread praise and showcased a broader acting range.
Expressing her gratitude, YoonA said, “I’m truly thankful to be able to attend again following King the Land in 2023. Her work has earned her an impressive lineup of accolades, including the AAA Grand Prize Actress of the Year (TV Category), AAA Best Artist Award, AAA Asia Star Award, Blue Dragon Film Awards Popular Star Award, and now the 2025 Actor of the Year Chosen by the Public (Film Category) at the KCA Awards.
Meanwhile, YoonA is set to meet fans later this month through her drama fan meetings titled “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty YOONA DRAMA FANMEETING.” The events will take place in Bangkok on December 13 and in Seoul on December 20, offering fans a special opportunity to connect with her once again.
