New information has just come out regarding Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin's star-studded wedding, sparking interest.
Following the wedding, which took place on December 20, details of the ceremony and guest stories have emerged - drawing attention to the estimated cost of the event. Based on currently available information, the wedding is estimated to have cost at least 700 million KRW (approximately 500,000 USD). In addition, the newly married couple also made a charitable donation of 300 million KRW, bringing the total amount of money spent to about 1 billion KRW (675,717 USD).
Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah exchanged vows on the evening of December 20th at the Dynasty Hall of the Shilla Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul. The ceremony was officiated by Buddhist monk Pomnyun Sunim, with actor Lee Kwang Soo as the master of ceremonies and singer Car the Garden performing the congratulatory song. Wedding favors for the guests included Lancôme cosmetics sets, and Acqua di Parma perfumes. The cost of these favors alone is rumored to be in the hundreds of millions of KRW.
Shin Min Ah's wedding dress drew further attention, recognized as a dress from the Elie Saab 2026 Spring Bridal Collection. The designer dress is priced at about 31,000 USD (approximately 46 million KRW).
The couple's accessories also attracted attention. Shin Min Ah's necklace was the Louis Vuitton Fine Jewelry Galaxie Necklace, priced at 214,000 USD (316 million KRW). Her earrings, also from Louis Vuitton, are estimated to cost around 50,678 USD (75 million KRW). Kim Woo Bin's ring is also a Louis Vuitton piece, reportedly costing around 11,500 USD (17 million KRW).

Additionally, the wedding venue itself is considered one of the most luxurious in Korea. Last August, YouTuber Kim Seup-Seup (DoubleSoup) revealed that her wedding at the Shilla Hotel cost a total of 196 million KRW (132,440 USD), including venue rental, decoration costs, and catering. Kim Yuna, Jun Ji Hyun, and Yoo Jae Suk also held their weddings there; and in 2022, a wedding planner estimated Kim Yuna's wedding cost there at around 150-180 million KRW, garnering significant attention.
Based on this information, the estimated cost of Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah's wedding, including venue costs, wedding favors, dresses, and jewelry, is at least 700 million KRW.
On their wedding day, the couple also shared heartwarming news of their charitable donations. They donated a total of 300 million KRW (about 203,000 USD) to the Hanlim Burn Foundation, Seoul Asan Medical Center, and the international relief organization Good Friends.
