NMIXX’s “SPINNIN’ ON IT” has entered the NME list of The 50 Best Songs of 2025.
On December 1 (local time), British music magazine NME published its annual “The 50 Best Songs of 2025” on its official website, with NMIXX’s full-length album track “SPINNIN’ ON IT” ranking at No. 43.
In its review, NME wrote that the song “captures a precarious romance through a bittersweet pop-rock sensibility. The delicately layered percussion and bass lines heighten the intensity, and as the track unfolds, the six members reveal—calmly yet clearly—that this chaotic love will somehow continue.”
NMIXX has continued to show notable growth with their first full album Blue Valentine, released in October. The album received praise as a “well-made record,” while the title track topped major Korean music charts, holding No. 1 on Melon Top 100, daily and weekly charts, and later reaching No. 1 on the November monthly chart—marking another career-high achievement.
On the strength of Blue Valentine’s popularity, NMIXX kicked off their first-ever world tour 'EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER' at Inspire Arena in Incheon on November 29 and 30. As their first solo concert, the shows carried special meaning, showcasing the group’s full “hexagon idol” performance power and earning enthusiastic praise from audiences. Additional tour stops for NMIXX’s first world tour will be announced gradually.
