ALLDAY PROJECT member Annie showed off her candid and down-to-earth charm.
On December 15 KST, the co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT appeared as guests on 'Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show' on KBS Cool FM.
During the broadcast, Park Myung Soo asked Annie, “The nickname ‘rich family’s daughter’ might feel like a burden, but couldn’t it also be a charm that helps people notice you?”
Annie responded, “If you call it a charm, then I guess it can be one.” When asked whether she was waiting for her first settlement, she answered honestly, “I’m really waiting for it. I haven’t received any settlement yet, so I’m curious when it will happen.”
Park Myung Soo also jokingly asked, “Do you buy convenience store buy-one-get-one-free items?” prompting laughter. Annie replied, “Of course I do. Ice cream is always buy one, get one free. I actually bought a lot recently because of a 1+1 deal.”
She added with a laugh, “But even I can’t get discounts at department stores.”
While talking about year-end schedules, Park Myung Soo mentioned, “I’ll be DJing in Dongdaemun.” Annie immediately responded, “That sounds cold,” showing concern. Park then joked, “When you go to a department store, ask for a discount so I can buy a jacket,” drawing more laughs.
Annie, the granddaughter of Shinsegae Group honorary chairwoman Lee Myung Hee and the eldest daughter of Shinsegae chairwoman Chung Yoo Kyung, debuted in the music industry this past June as a member of ALLDAY PROJECT.
Though some viewed her through the lens of the “chaebol idol” label, Annie has quickly earned public recognition through performances that reflect the results of her seven years of training.
