Kevin of THE BOYZ has reached out to fans following the announcement of his temporary hiatus due to health concerns.
Recently, Kevin took to social media to write,
“I wanted to apologize to everyone who has been supporting me for worrying you so suddenly. I’ll take some time to rest well and come back quickly. Please continue to cheer for our hardworking members. I hope everyone stays healthy.”
Earlier, on October 28 KST, Kevin suspended his activities due to issues related to his physical and mental condition. His agency, IST Entertainment’s sub-label Onehundred, stated,
“After undergoing a medical examination, Kevin received a doctor’s opinion recommending sufficient rest and stability. Following careful discussion with the artist, we have decided that he will focus on treatment and recovery for the time being.”
The agency also informed fans that THE BOYZ’s group schedules will proceed with eight members for the time being and asked for fans’ understanding.
Meanwhile, THE BOYZ will release their special unit digital single “Tiger” on November 11.
