According to media outlet reports on November 14 KST, actor Seo Kang Jun recently sold his luxury home located at Seoul Forest Trimage for 5.8 billion KRW (~ $4 million USD) in June of last year.
Seo Kang Jun originally purchased this residence (140.3 square meters) in December of 2019 at 3.4 billion KRW (~ $2.3 million USD), meaning he has successfully pocketed $1.7 million USD within 5 years.
Based on real estate transaction records, it is estimated that Seo Kang Jun borrowed approximately 1.5 billion KRW from other acquaintances when he purchased the property. All property mortgages have now been released.
A representative of Seo Kang Jun stated regarding the real estate transaction, “It is a personal matter, so we cannot comment.”
Meanwhile, Seo Kang Jun most recently appeared in MBC’s 'Undercover High School', which concluded in March.
