SBS’s Friday–Saturday drama ‘Taxi Driver 3’ has released a striking new “villain poster” featuring actor Yoon Si Yoon.

After soaring to a peak rating of 12.2% (Episode 2, Nielsen Korea) in its premiere week, ‘Taxi Driver 3’ continues its strong momentum. On the 24th, the production team unveiled a special poster of Yoon Si Yoon, who makes a special appearance as the villain Cha Byung Jin in Episodes 3 and 4, drawing major attention.
Returning with a new season after two years, ‘Taxi Driver 3’ had already teased the appearance of even more ruthless villains, raising anticipation among viewers. The drama also hinted that each episode’s villain would be part of its most impressive lineup yet. This proved true from the start, as popular Japanese actor Sho Kasamatsu appeared as the first antagonist, delivering a powerful and immersive performance.
Yoon Si Yoon appears next as the drama’s second villain. His character, Cha Byung Jin, stands at the top of a massive used-car scam cartel. In the newly released poster, Yoon Si Yoon showcases a look and gaze unlike anything he’s shown before, creating suffocating tension. His sharp jawline, gaunt face, and chilling eyes exude a dangerous intensity that makes him almost unrecognizable. Expectations are rising for Yoon Si Yoon’s dramatic transformation and powerful performance. Viewers are also eager to see the explosive showdown between him and Lee Je Hoon (Kim Do Gi).
The production team commented, “Yoon Si Yoon was so committed to portraying Cha Byung Jin that he voluntarily underwent extreme weight loss for the role. Audiences will be shocked by the stark contrast from his usual wholesome image.”
Episode 3 of ‘Taxi Driver 3’ will air on February 28 (Fri) at 9:50 PM.
