NewJeans added another notable win to their list of accolades.
On November 14, the group was named the ‘Trend of the Year’ in the K-pop group category at the '2025 Korea Grand Music Awards with iM Bank' (2025 KGMA).
The award is based on the combined results of the monthly Trend of the Month selections over the past year. The KGMA committee recognizes artists who lead trends in various fields of popular music through monthly public voting, and the yearly award is given to the artist with the highest cumulative performance.
NewJeans previously won two awards at last year’s ceremony, including Grand Artist. Their steady global popularity and dedicated fan support once again highlight their undeniable impact on the music scene.
The group’s songs continue to rank on domestic and international charts, proving the lasting power and appeal of their music.
With all NewJeans members recently returning to their agency ADOR, fans are eager to see what the group has in store next.
