Lovelyz members Seo Ji Soo and Yoo Ji Ae opened up about how they dated during their group activities.
On November 5, they appeared as guests on Super Junior’s Shindong’s YouTube channel, 'Dongdong Pocha.'
During the show, Seo Ji Soo and Yoo Ji Ae shared stories about their romantic experiences while promoting as Lovelyz. The conversation began when Shindong brought up the topic and said, "Let's talk about how you used to date. You must have dated at some point." Yoo Ji Ae confessed, "Oh, yeah, definitely, we did."
Shindong asked how the members dated with strict rules in place as girl group members. He asked, "But with you guys having all those strict rules... How did you manage it? Did you share these things with each other?"
Yoo Ji Ae explained, “I shared a lot with my roommate. Our rooms were right by the front door. So we’d come back (to the dorm) before midnight and head out again around 3 or 4 AM. And then come back in the morning. Around...maybe 7 AM."
Seo Ji Soo added, “I went out at the same time as she did. We just made sure not to get caught by each other. So we'd just keep it to ourselves when we'd go out to meet someone since neither of us had much money.”
She continued, "So if we met around 2 AM, we (her boyfriend at the time and she) met in a place like Dongdaemun. Some food stalls were open. We'd just walk around until almost 7 in the morning. We would be walking around until our legs were swollen. Just walking and talking."
