Actors Lee Jun Young and Jung Sung Il will now be working under the same agency.
On November 19, BILLIONS announced that it will absorb its subsidiary XYZ Studio, integrating its content, production, music, and management divisions into a single unified system.
The company is accelerating its transformation into a full-scale entertainment powerhouse. It has expanded its management division and established a structure that enables smoother collaboration between production and casting.
Synergy with another subsidiary, BillionsPlus, will also be strengthened. Billions Plus recently produced the Coupang Play series 'Newtopia.'
The vocal lineup in the music division is a key factor in bolstering content capabilities. It includes top-tier artists such as INFINITE’s Kim Sung Kyu and Nam Woo Hyun, Apink’s Jung Eun Ji, and SG Wannabe’s Kim Yong Jun.
With these prominent vocalists on board, the company can support a wide range of content and performance ventures, including solo concerts, overseas tours, OSTs, and project albums.
BILLIONS is also set to sign a new project deal with a major Japanese record label within the year, aiming to expand the global value of K-pop vocalists through international collaborations.
A company representative stated, “We will evolve beyond our roots as a manufacturing-based listed company into a comprehensive IP, music, and video production enterprise,” adding, “We plan to secure stronger production capabilities through bold and strategic talent acquisitions.”
Meanwhile, BILLIONS currently represents Lee Jun Young, Go Chang Seok, Kim Ha Neul, Han Sang Jin, and Heo Sung Tae. Jung Sung Il, Jo Bo Ah, Jang Yoon Ju, Geum Hae Na, and Kim Jae Chul will be joining the roster.
