On November 6, the YouTube channel Study King True Genius Hong Jin Kyung released a video titled, 'First YouTube Appearance! Jun Ji Hyun Shares Her Full Life Story from Debut to Marriage.'
The video, presented in an interview format, featured Nam Chang Hee as the MC, while Hong Jin Kyung, Jang Young Ran, and Lee Ji Hye playfully took on the roles of Jun Ji Hyun’s sisters, adding a humorous touch. It explored Jun Ji Hyun’s journey from her debut to becoming a top star, including her first encounter with her husband.
Jun Ji Hyun revealed that she met her husband through a blind date, which eventually led to marriage. “Blind dates can be daunting. I felt ready in my heart, but my body wasn’t so sure…” she said, reflecting on her initial nerves.
She continued, “A friend who introduced us said, ‘He’s really handsome,’ and before I knew it, I found myself going. And he truly was as handsome as they said.”
When asked about her husband’s nickname, "Euljiro Jang Dong Gun," Jun Ji Hyun added, “His office was in that area. I fell for him at first sight,” capturing the audience’s attention.
Jun Ji Hyun’s husband is Choi Jun Hyuk, CEO of Alpha Asset Management. The couple married in 2012 and have two sons together.
