Jun Ji Hyun will not be joining Lee Byung Hun in the upcoming drama "Koreans".

On November 4, Jun’s agency, Ieum Hashtag (also known as Pitch Company), announced, “Koreans was one of several projects under consideration, but we have decided not to move forward with it.”

"Koreans" is a Korean remake of the hit FX spy series "The Americans", directed by Ahn Gil Ho of "Stranger" and "The Glory", with Lee Byung Hun confirmed as the lead.

Jun Ji Hyun had been offered the role of Lee’s wife but ultimately stepped down due to scheduling conflicts.

Most recently, she starred in Disney+’s "Polaris", released in September, and will next appear in Yeon Sang Ho’s upcoming project "The Herd", alongside Koo Kyo Hwan, Ji Chang Wook, Shin Hyun Been, Kim Shin Rok, and Go Soo.
