Jay Park shared his stance following last month’s breast cancer awareness after-party performance. On Nov. 15, 2025, he posted: "I just mind my business, try to do cool shit with cool ppl, and live life productively ♥ gratitude."
Jay Park had been appearing at events on crutches in recent weeks, including the breast cancer campaign gathering. At ‘Spotify House Seoul’ on Nov. 14, 2025 in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, he explained the injury: "It’s been about a month and a half since I got hurt. I was tumbling and had a small fracture, and about 80% of a ligament tore," adding that he is "around 60–70% recovered now" and "off crutches, working hard on rehab." Earlier this month, he also wrote, "Beautifel. Thank God for everything," alongside a note of gratitude for being able to walk.
Criticism of the after-party set centered on performing ‘MOMMAE’, a track with sexually explicit lyrics, at a charity event tied to breast-cancer awareness. The host outlet later deleted a highlight clip after negative comments. Jay Park apologized the next day, saying he had viewed the post-event stage as separate from the formal campaign program and expressed regret to anyone who felt uncomfortable.
Despite not being fully recovered, Jay Park performed on day two of ‘Spotify House Seoul’, delivering ‘All I Wanna Do’, ‘Mayday’, ‘GANADARA’, ‘MOMMAE’, and ‘JOAH’. Rookie boy group LNGSHOT—launched by Jay Park—also took the stage with ‘Ejeh’, ‘Next 2 U’, and ‘Backseat’. The three-day ‘Spotify House Seoul’ ran Nov. 13–15, 2025.
