BTS’s Jungkook has just reached an impressive new milestone.

Jungkook is now the first K-pop soloist to surpass 10 billion streams on Spotify across all his tracks. He reached the milestone on November 25, making him the first and currently only K-pop soloist to achieve this.

Notably, Jungkook's first solo album "GOLDEN," which was released in November 2023, has surpassed 6.4 billion streams in total – further proving Jungkook’s overwhelming global popularity. Each track on the album has surpassed 100 million streams individually, in a remarkable achievement for Jungkook.

Jungkook continues to set new Spotify records for K-pop solo artists. His single "Seven (feat. Latto)" topped Spotify's 'Top Songs Global' chart, making him the first K-pop solo artist to reach the top of that chart. At the time, ‘Seven’ was streamed 15,995,378 times on its first day alone, becoming the most streamed K-pop solo song on its first day. It later ranked third on Spotify's 'Most Streamed Songs of Summer 2023 (Global)' chart.

Currently, 'Seven' holds the record for being the first single by a Korean artist to surpass 2.6 billion cumulative streams.

Jungkook also recently surpassed 123 weeks on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart with ‘Seven,’ marking the longest run ever for an Asian solo artist. The track is currently at almost 2.7 billion streams on Spotify.

With his newest achievement, Jungkook continues to solidify his presence in the global music scene.
