Singer Zion.T shared his honest thoughts about eating habits and body.
On October 26, a new episode of YouTube channel No Filter TV with Kim Nayoung was released under the title, “Zion.T on No Filter?! An unexpected talk about his real must-haves.”
During the talk, Zion.T opened up about his daily routine, saying, “When I wake up, I usually have some things piled up to do. I spend about two to three hours handling them before heading to my studio. If I finish early, I go home quickly.” He also revealed that he’s currently working as the CEO of Standard Friends, explaining, “When my employees are in the office, I stay there, but when they’re not, I go home. It’s pretty flexible.”
When asked how many meals he eats in a day, Zion.T replied, “I still eat two meals. One proper meal and the other about half or one meal.” He added with a laugh, “I find people who eat three meals a day so fascinating. How do they manage to eat all three?”
Host Kim Nayoung jokingly warned, “You might want to be careful saying that — some people could take it the wrong way,” to which Zion.T responded, “But I get a lot of comments about my body too, people saying I’m too skinny. I can make jokes too, right?” showing his easygoing charm.
He also revealed his secret to maintaining his slim figure, saying, “It’s all about having a high metabolism.”
Meanwhile, Zion.T has been publicly dating TWICE member Chaeyoung since April last year. The two, who have a ten-year age difference, reportedly met through mutual acquaintances before developing a romantic relationship.
