According to an exclusive report by Star News on October 24, SBS funE’s long-running music program ‘The Show’ will come to an end after its final broadcast on November 11.
Airing every Tuesday on SBS funE, ‘The Show’ first premiered in April 2011 and has since become one of the staple weekly music programs for K-pop fans worldwide. Over the years, more than 40 K-pop artists have taken on the role of MC, contributing to the program’s unique and diverse charm.
Typically, Korean music programs wrap up their broadcasts toward the end of the year due to various festivals, events, and award ceremonies, only to resume in the first half of the following year. However, this time is different as ‘The Show’ will be ending permanently, with no plans for a reboot or continuation.
With only three episodes remaining before its conclusion, viewers are curious to see how ‘The Show’ will mark the end of its 14-year journey and deliver a memorable finale to its loyal fans.
