Fast-rising boy group NEWBEAT (Park Minseok, Hong Minseong, Jeon Yeoyeojeong, Choi Seohyun, Kim Taeyang, Jo Yunhoo, Kim Riu) has entered full comeback mode with the release of member Jeon Yeoyeojeong’s solo teaser and pre-order details for their highly anticipated first mini album ‘LOUDER THAN EVER’.
On October 26 and 27 KST, NEWBEAT unveiled a solo video teaser and concept photos for Jeon Yeoyeojeong via official social media channels. The teaser, titled “Connecting Signal”, shows the member stepping through a doorway, cautiously revealing a ring box—an emotive scene that evokes the fragility of first love and hints at the emotional depth of the upcoming title track.
The Kitten by Sunlight (White) version of the concept photo captures a more laid-back, youthful vibe. Dressed in a white sleeveless top and denim jeans, Jeon leans nonchalantly on a sofa, radiating a breezy and dreamy aura.
In contrast, the Demon by Midnight (Black) version showcases a darker, edgier transformation. Wearing a black long-sleeved top and lying in a vulnerable yet intense position, Jeon stares into the camera with an entrancing gaze. The gleaming spiked accessory adorning his neckline adds a unique, provocative element—boldly signaling NEWBEAT’s duality.
In a bid to expand their international appeal, NEWBEAT recorded the entire album in English and collaborated with top overseas producers during sessions in Los Angeles, heightening the album’s global sound and production value.
