JYP Entertainment, led by chief producer J.Y. Park, will host an amateur charity basketball tournament to promote a culture of healthy leisure and sharing.
The ‘2025 JYPBT Championship’ (JYPBT) will take place on November 29–30 at Paichai High School Gymnasium in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. All participation fees collected from the competing teams will be donated in full to help cover medical expenses for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
Now in its second year, the JYPBT will feature a total of 20 teams in a single-elimination tournament format. Ahead of the main tournament, basketball YouTube channel ‘Ball in Love’ will release a series of videos documenting the regional preliminaries. The content will also feature special exhibition matches involving regional representatives, former and current pro players, and elite athletes, building excitement for the upcoming championship.
All matches of this year’s JYPBT will be streamed live on the official JYPBT YouTube channel and Naver Chzzic.
