It was recently reported that Jennie's personal label, ODD ATELIER, will relocate its headquarters.
According to industry sources on September 2, ODD ATELIER has decided to fully lease a newly built small building in Hannam-dong, taking into account that the lease for its current detached house office in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, will expire in October. Interior construction is underway, and the move-in is scheduled for early November.

The new headquarters is a neighborhood living facility spanning from one basement floor to four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 927㎡ (about 280 pyeong). Completed in April last year, the building was designed with a southwest-facing entrance and features an exterior reminiscent of an art gallery, built with high-end materials. Its rooftop offers panoramic views of the Han River.

Netizens are already impressed with the size of the new office and gathered in an online community to share their thoughts. They commented:
"Wow, insane… the only artist is Jennie, yet they’re leasing such a huge building?? A superstar is truly a superstar."
"Top-tier groups like BLACKPINK and BTS have so much cash that they don’t even bother with real estate investments."
"Since OA (Odd Atelier) is moving to such a big new office, I hope they also do a better job with announcements and lawsuits."
"Right now, Jennie is the main face of Chanel bags, watches, and pre-collection campaigns. She’s probably raking in the money."
"Looking at her opening a new office, it seems Jennie really is making a lot of money."
"Some say Jennie’s decision to move offices may have been influenced by her old agency building’s construction law violations. It was originally registered as an art gallery but was used as an office without approval. Yongsan District is reportedly planning administrative action against the building’s owner. If you’re running a one-person company, you should follow the law, right?"
"Jennie’s new album was a worldwide hit, and since she doesn’t split profits with a company but keeps them under her own label, she must be making a fortune."
"Wow, she must be making a crazy amount of money."
