Singer and actress Jeong Eunji met with her Japanese fans on September 15 JST through her special birthday fanmeeting ‘2025 JEONG EUNJI Birthday Party: A Day Of Life’, held at Shinjuku Park Tower Hall in Tokyo.
Following the successful kick-off of the event in August at Yonsei University in Seoul, Jeong brought the same energy and heartfelt performances to Tokyo. The concept, themed around a “first birthday party”, featured a mix of live stages, interactive games, and behind-the-scenes stories from her daily life.
On stage, Jeong showcased fan-favorite hits including “The Girl’s Boy,” “AWAY,” “Trip to Myself,” “Box,” “Couple,” “Short Hair,” and “Looking at the Sky”, captivating the audience with her pure tone and powerful vocals. In a heartfelt surprise, she performed a cover of Yuuri’s “BETELGEUSE”, reinterpreting the beloved Japanese ballad with her own emotional depth and style.
The event also included charming fan-centered segments. From a week-long photo diary of her personal life to a reenactment of childhood photos, Jeong made fans feel like close friends. Her “Balance Game”, featuring questions tied to her daily routine and Japan-related themes, sparked laughter and cheers, while the playful “Mission Clear! Doljabi Meungji-Poly” segment had her completing mini games and dance challenges.
Reflecting on the experience, Jeong shared through her agency Billions, “I was truly happy to spend time face-to-face with my Japanese fans. I have vivid memories of being with them since I was young, and I’m grateful for their long-time support. I’ll work hard to see them more often.”
After wrapping up her Tokyo show, Jeong Eunji is set to continue her ‘A Day Of Life’ tour with stops in Hong Kong (Oct 1), Singapore (Oct 17), and Taipei (Oct 25).
