Ha Jung Woo personally issued a warning against impersonation accounts.
On September 15, Ha Jung Woo wrote on his social media, "I’ve heard many accounts are pretending to be me. Please be careful. I only have one official account." To prevent further damage, he added, "If you come across someone impersonating me, please send it to me via Instagram DM."
The actor also revealed that measures are being prepared in response to impersonation damage, asking fans to report actively. He wrote, "You can also contact my agency, Walkhouse Company," and provided an email address for the agency.

Meanwhile, Ha Jung Woo is preparing to unveil his new work, 'The People Upstairs.' The film will premiere at the 30th Busan International Film Festival’s Special Premiere section on September 17.
'The People Upstairs' tells the story of two couples, one living upstairs and the other downstairs, who come together for dinner every night due to unusual late-night noise between their apartments. The cast includes Ha Jung Woo as Mr. Kim (upstairs), Lee Ha Nee as Soo Kyung, Kim Dong Wook as Hyun Soo (downstairs), and Gong Hyo Jin as Jung Ah.
The production team commented, “It’s a film that showcases Ha Jung Woo’s signature sharp observations. Even uncomfortable situations are made entertaining through witty dialogue.”
'The People Upstairs' is scheduled for release in December.
