A rumored lineup for the '2025 APEC Korea K-Pop Concert' has led to a series of confused denials.
Previously, one media outlet reported that the '2025 APEC Korea K-Pop Concert', scheduled to take place on October 31 near the Archaeological Area in Eastern Gyeongju, would include performances by G-Dragon, IVE, RIIZE, NMIXX, BABYMONSTER, Hearts2Hearts, STAYC, and fromis_9. The report also stated that actor Park Bo Gum and Red Velvet's Wendy would host the concert.
However, several acts have since stepped up to clarify that they will not be attending the '2025 APEC Korea K-Pop Concert'. Park Bo Gum's The Black Label stated, "Park Bo Gum is not scheduled to attend the '2025 APEC Korea K-Pop Concert." Similarly, High UP Entertainment denied STAYC's appearance at the scheduled concert. ASND, the management agency representing both Wendy and fromis_9, likewise revealed, "Wendy and fromis_9 will not attend the '2025 APEC Korea K-Pop Concert'. We hope that there will be no misunderstandings among fans."
Meanwhile, the '2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation', hosted by South Korea in the city of Gyeongju, will take place from October 31 through November 1 KST. G-Dragon is the event's official ambassador.
