BOYNEXTDOOR will return this October with a brand-new album. According to reports on September 10, the group is in the final stages of preparation, marking their first comeback in five months since the release of their 4th mini album 'No Genre' in May.
Known for their self-produced tracks and “next-door boy” image, BOYNEXTDOOR has quickly gained recognition for blending everyday emotions with relatable melodies, establishing themselves not only as a strong album-selling group but also as a rare digital chart powerhouse among boy groups.
Expectations are high as the new release is anticipated to expand their musical spectrum and potentially earn them a third consecutive million-seller. The group previously achieved their first million-seller with 19.99 in 2024, followed by No Genre, which also landed at No. 62 on the Billboard 200 (May 31 chart), marking their fourth consecutive entry.
BOYNEXTDOOR has also been broadening their global reach. Their first solo tour 'KNOCK ON Vol.1' successfully wrapped across Asia, and last month they performed at Lollapalooza Chicago and the Grammy Museum’s Global Spin Live, further solidifying their international presence.
As October approaches—with comebacks from other powerhouse groups like LE SSERAFIM, TWS, and BABYMONSTER—the spotlight is on BOYNEXTDOOR to see how the “trustworthy idols” will showcase their growth and leave their mark in the competitive fall comeback season.
