Yang Hyun Suk shared updates on TREASURE's upcoming mini album, along with a surprise release of the group's dance practice video.
According to YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun Suk, TREASURE's 3rd mini album 'Love Pulse' offers a wide range of genres while maintaining a sense of comfort and easy listening across its four tracks: "EVERYTHING," "PARADISE," "NOW FOREVER," and "BETTER THAN ME."
Although "Paradise" serves as the title track, Yang Hyun Suk revealed that the opening song "Everything" was nearly chosen as the title instead, suggesting it as equally appealing. He added that the music video for "Everything" will likely be unveiled near the end of the album's promotional period.
The second and title track "Paradise" features a retro disco-funk sound infused with brass instruments, designed to be easily sung along with fans.
"Now Forever" is a synth-pop track inspired by the late 1970s and 80s, while "Better Than Me" is a medium-tempo song with an arrangement reminiscent of the mid-90s.
Yang Hyun Suk described TREASURE as only just beginning their second act as a group. Compared to other groups of their generation, the members debuted at a very young age, and even now, most are only in their early to mid-20s despite having been publicly active for about seven years, including their pre-debut days during the 'YG TREASURE BOX' survival program in 2018.
In addition, YG surprised fans by unveiling a dance practice video of TREASURE performing "EVERYTHING" by the end of the announcement video.
Meanwhile, Yang Hyun Suk also shared updates on BABYMONSTER's upcoming reality show and mini album, as well as BLACKPINK's new mini album.
