On August 14, NewJeans members Minji and Danielle appeared at the courthouse for the closed-door mediation session with ADOR. Unfortunately, the two parties failed to come to a settlement even after the 1-hour and 20-minute meeting.
It was reported that the court requested the members to attend in person; in turn, Minji and Danielle appeared with their legal representatives. Both Minji and Danielle opted for a black and white outfit, fit for the occasion.
The photos of the two members went viral, drawing almost as much attention as their lawsuit.

Meanwhile, the court plans to hold another mediation session on September 11. If mediation again fails at the September 11 mediation session, a ruling will be delivered on October 30.
