
Actor Jo In Sung is making a highly anticipated return to the big screen with director Ryoo Seung Wan’s latest film, 'Humint.' The spy action movie revolves around secret agents from North and South Korea clashing in Russia.
Jo In Sung takes on the role of Section Chief Jo, a key agent from South Korea’s National Intelligence Service, marking his third collaboration with acclaimed director Ryoo Seung Wan. The duo previously worked together on 'Escape from Mogadishu' and 'Smugglers,' rekindling their creative synergy for audiences once again.
Another highly anticipated project, 'Hope,' is set to release next year. The action thriller begins when a tiger appears at Hopohang in the demilitarized zone. Jo In Sung portrays Seong Gi, a determined young man who chases the intruder into the mountains, delivering an immersive performance that leaves no action unscathed. The film marks his first collaboration with director Na Hong Jin and features an international cast including Hollywood actors, hinting at explosive on-screen chemistry.
In addition, Jo In Sung continues his acting journey with Netflix’s upcoming film 'Possible Love,' the latest project by director Lee Chang Dong, returning to the director’s chair after eight years. The story follows two couples from contrasting lives whose intertwined fates ripple through their daily existence. Jo In Sung has been cast as Sang Woo, showcasing his nuanced emotional range in the role.
