Jeon So Mi reflected on her decade-long career in the entertainment industry and confessed she might be recognized as one of the key figures behind THE BLACK LABEL's growth.
On August 27, Jeon So Mi appeared as a guest on comedian Lee Yong Jin’s YouTube channel, where the two looked back on her already 10-year career.
When asked if she was considered a senior artist within her company, Jeon replied, “Yes,” explaining that she, Taeyang, and Rosé are now regarded as the senior lineup at THE BLACK LABEL.

Jeon So Mi recalled the early days of the agency, saying, “When I first joined, the office was about the size of this studio. There were more producer-based musicians than staff members, and only around a total of 15 employees. Now, there are 150 employees, and the company even has its own building in Itaewon.”
Lee Jin Yong praised her role in the company’s growth, joking, “That makes you a founding contributor. You probably laid down some of the concrete yourself.” Jeon laughed and responded, “Maybe just the parking lot.”
