HYBE Labels and Geffen Records have teamed up with Japanese streaming platform ABEMA for its next global girl group audition, 'World Scout : The Final Piece'.
According to reports on August 7 KST, HYBE's most elite scouting team will set out to find Japan's very own hidden stars with explosive potential. Those who are selected during the auditions will receive concentrated K-Pop training between October through December of this year. Among them, the trainees who showcase the most potential will then begin a training camp/survival program in the U.S. with the goal of debuting a new, global girl group some time by the end of 2026.
Every stage of the girls' training camp and survival will be aired exclusively via ABEMA in the spring of 2026. The winning group will follow in the footsteps of KATSEYE, debuting with the goal of targeting both the American and the global music market.
