K-band DAY6 is kicking off their 10th anniversary celebrations in style with a large-scale concert and a long-awaited full album release.
At midnight on August 4, DAY6 shared a teaser video titled “DAY6 10th Anniversary Announcement: The DECADE of us” via their official social media, confirming plans for a special concert and new album. Later at 7 PM, they revealed the official poster for their upcoming solo concert 'DAY6 10th Anniversary Tour', sparking excitement among fans.
The milestone concert will take place over two days, August 30–31, at Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province—marking the first time a Korean band will headline the venue. The poster features the silhouettes of the four members—Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon—facing a sky full of stars, symbolizing their fans known as My Day.
Since their debut in November 2015 at YES24 MUV Hall, DAY6 has steadily scaled up their concert venues, culminating in major sell-out shows. They drew 34,000 fans at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in April 2023, followed by 40,000 at Inspire Arena in September, and 38,000 at the GoCheok Sky Dome in December—becoming the first K-band to headline the venue. In May 2025, they hosted six shows at KSPO Dome, drawing a record-breaking 96,000 fans, solidifying their position as a top-tier live act.
As part of their 10th anniversary project, DAY6 will release their 4th full-length album 'The DECADE' on September 5. This will be their first studio album in nearly six years, following 2019’s 'The Book of Us: Entropy'. The comeback is expected to further highlight the band’s distinctive musicality and emotional depth, reaffirming their reputation as “trustworthy musicians.”
