The upcoming comedy-action film 'Boss,' starring Jo Woo JinJung Kyung Ho, Park Ji Hwan, and Lee Kyu Hyung, has released its first set of character posters along with a teaser trailer. The new materials highlight the distinct personalities and charm of its four leading actors.

Boss tells the story of the “Sikgu” gang as its members prepare for the election of their next leader. Instead of battling to take control, the candidates fiercely compete to give up the role of boss, each motivated by personal ambitions and dreams. The film blends humor and action as it portrays this unusual struggle for leadership.

The four character posters capture the unique traits of each role. Jo Woo Jin plays Soon Tae, the gang’s second-in-command and chef of their restaurant “Mimiru.” His poster shows him crouched on a sofa with a troubled expression, suggesting his reluctance to step up as leader. The tagline, “I want to conquer the nation with flavor, not power,” emphasizes his desire to run a restaurant rather than lead a gang.

The teaser trailer further builds excitement by showcasing the characters’ comic battle to surrender the boss title. Jo Woo Jin portrays a man who tries to avoid leadership but repeatedly finds himself drawn into it. Jung Kyung Ho transforms into Kang Pyo, a character with an intense passion for tango who gives up his chance at power to chase his dream. Park Ji Hwan delivers both humor and intensity as Pan Ho, a man stuck in third place who yearns for the top spot. Lee Kyu Hyung adds suspense as Tae Gyu, an undercover cop disguised as a chef, whose unpredictable moves and detailed performance raise anticipation.

With its posters and teaser already drawing attention, 'Boss' promises to bring a fresh twist to the gangster comedy genre. The film aims to deliver laughter to audiences of all ages through its original premise and the dynamic chemistry of its cast.

Set against the backdrop of a power struggle unlike any other, 'Boss' is scheduled to hit theaters during the Chuseok holiday season.
