WOODZ opened a Berriz (fan community) page and shared a heartfelt message with fans, expressing his gratitude and revealing plans for his future promotions after his military discharge.
WOODZ officially returned from his mandatory military service on July 21. As soon as he was discharged, he took to the fan communication app Berriz to hold a live stream.
He appeared in uniform in front of the camera and shared his excitement with fans. He shared, "This is my first time using a fan community app, and I'm so happy to have a space where I can speak closely with Global MOODZ (WOODZ's fandom)."

He added, "There's so much I want to do through Berriz. I plan to be active with livestreams and create many memories with MOODZ," expressing his plans for close communication with fans.
WOODZ continues to reflect on his military discharge and explained, "The moment I saw MOODZ today was the happiest part of my day. I read all the messages you left on Berriz and had a really joyful day."
WOODZ has gained a global fanbase through various performances and a successful world tour. Notably, WOODZ's fandom further grew during his mandatory military service when his 2023 track "Drowning" gained traction, topping music shows and streaming charts.

Regarding his song's unexpected popularity, he said, "I didn't realize how popular it was at first, but I noticed it going viral on social media and climbing the charts, which was amazing. It made me think a lot about the people I make music with." He continued, "I'm so grateful we were able to prove that the kind of music we want to make resonates with others. I appreciate the praise I received, but what made me happiest was hearing that the people who support me, including fans, friends, and everyone around me, felt proud to talk about me."
Meanwhile, WOODZ is set to take part in several major music festivals following his military discharge.
He is scheduled to perform at the Summer Sonic 2025, which is Japan's largest music festival from August 16 to 17, followed by an appearance at the 2025 Busan International Rock Festival in September.
WOODZ shared, "I can't release a new album right away, but I'm working hard on it. I plan to perform at many of the festivals that are already scheduled," and added, "I'll live like a man with 12 bodies."
He concluded the live by saying, "I'm preparing a lot behind the scenes. I think we'll be seeing each other often, and I'll make sure to drop by often to greet you on Berriz."
