TWICE successfully wrapped up their two-day solo concert at Kyocera Dome Osaka on July 26–27, drawing an audience of approximately 100,000 as part of their 6th world tour, 'READY TO BE'. The group reunited with Japanese fans for the first time in a year since making history as the first foreign female act to headline at Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa in July 2023.
Breaking from traditional concert layouts, TWICE’s current tour utilizes 360-degree stage seating, removing a designated front stage to create a more immersive experience for fans. The setlist included performances of new tracks from their upcoming Japanese 6th full-length album, 'ENEMY,' including the title track and “Like 1,” which was co-written by member Jihyo.
At midnight on July 30 (KST), TWICE released the digital single and music video for 'ENEMY', which they had debuted live in Osaka. The empowering anthem delivers a message of resilience—encouraging listeners to rise again after each fall and overcome internal struggles. The MV visually portrays the members confronting and embracing their true selves, ultimately blooming through hardship.
The upcoming album marks TWICE’s first full Japanese release in over a year since 'DIVE.' Jihyo’s involvement in visual concepting, songwriting, and music video direction has heightened anticipation, showcasing her evolving creative leadership within the group.
Meanwhile, TWICE continues to thrive globally. Their Netflix animation OST tracks “TAKEDOWN” (by Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung) and “Strategy” recently debuted at #76 and #92 on the Billboard Hot 100 (Aug. 2), reaffirming their international influence.
Next, TWICE will headline Lollapalooza Chicago on August 2, cementing their status as a top-tier global girl group.
