Singer Lim Young Woong is set to return to TV with a new variety show titled 'Island Village Hero', which will air as the follow-up to SBS’s 'Whenever Possible.'
According to an exclusive report by OSEN on July 23, SBS has confirmed that 'Island Village Hero' will take over the Tuesday 9 p.m. time slot currently occupied by 'Whenever Possible.'
The new show is expected to premiere sometime in September. However, the exact start date is yet to be determined, as the final episode of the current program has not been finalized. Programming discussions are reportedly in their final stages.
'Island Village Hero' will follow Lim Young Woong as he embarks on a friendship trip with his closest friends. Leaving behind the city, they spend time together on a beautiful island, sharing daily life and heartfelt conversations along the way.

Meanwhile, SBS’s 'Whenever Possible', now in its third season, features hosts Yoo Jae Suk and Yoo Yeon Seok. Their growing chemistry has contributed to a steady rise in viewership.
