
Singer and actress IU made a surprise appearance as the final guest on KBS2’s 'The Seasons: Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile', creating a wave of emotion and excitement among fans.
During the show’s final taping on July 22 KST, Park Bo Gum was watching a pre-recorded video message from IU when she suddenly appeared in person, saying, “I felt so bad about not coming… so I came myself.” The unexpected moment left Park Bo Gum visibly emotional. He stood up, clapped in shock, and eventually wiped away tears with a tissue, while the studio audience responded with enthusiastic cheers.
IU further melted hearts by kneeling to present him a bouquet of flowers, creating a romantic scene that quickly went viral. Fans couldn’t help but draw parallels to their characters Oh Ae-soon and Yang Gwan-shik from the Netflix drama 'When Life Gives You Tangerines', commenting, “Ae-soon and Gwan-shik forever,” and “How can I ever forget ‘Tangerines’?
