ITZY is preparing to reconnect with their fans, MIDZY, through a new fanmeeting series.
On July 29th KST, JYP Entertainment announced:
“ITZY will host their fourth fanmeeting, ‘ITZY The 4th FAN MEETING ITZY, MIDZY, Let’s Fly! - ON AIR.’”
The fanmeeting will be held in both Korea and Japan. The Seoul event will take place on September 20th at KBS Arena, while the Japan fanmeetings are scheduled for October 11th and 12th in Tokyo.
This marks ITZY’s first domestic fanmeeting in about 10 months, following their third fanmeeting in November of last year. It also represents the group’s first-ever fanmeeting in Japan since their debut.
A concept poster for the event has also been revealed, featuring CDs and cassette tapes that evoke a nostalgic and stylish atmosphere, raising fans’ expectations for the theme and visuals.
ITZY recently released their mini album 'Girls Will Be Girls', which topped the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart.
Further details regarding the fanmeetings will be announced via ITZY’s official social media channels.
