Hyeri has opened up for the first time since rumors about her romantic relationship began circulating.
On July 4, Hyeri sent a message through the fan communication platform Bubble, saying, "I missed you so much that I couldn’t sleep." This marked her first public comment since the dating speculation.
She continued, "I really missed you too. The notification came too early, didn’t it? I’m sorry." She added, "I’m reading every reply OO sent me with care. There’s actually only one thing I hope for. I just want OO to stay healthy, happy, and safe. That’s all."
Hyeri also expressed her feelings toward fans, saying, "I’ve endured a lot of criticism over the years, so I’m okay. But knowing that OO is hurting really upsets me."
After the message was shared, a fan criticized her by commenting, "This is the first time I’ve seen a celebrity so shameless and careless about fans. Sending a Bubble message at 7 AM?" In response, Hyeri apologized, saying, "I’m really sorry. I’ll be more mindful next time."
On July 1, Hyeri was reported to be in a relationship with dancer Woo Tae. The two are said to have met during choreography sessions for the film 'Victory' and reportedly became close. However, both parties declined to confirm or deny the rumors, stating that it was a private matter they could not verify.
