Former ALICE (ELRIS) member Kim So Hee revealed that she has filed a lawsuit against an individual who spread malicious rumors about her, and that the case has now been forwarded to the prosecution.
On July 30, Kim So Hee shared this news through her social media account, expressing her firm resolve to respond strongly to the malicious rumor spreader. In her post, So Hee explained, "Due to the discomfort I experienced from the absurd and baseless lies spreading, I was forced to take legal action. The case has not been handed over to the investigative authorities."

So Hee explained that she received tips that an account known for spreading rumors about celebrities and influencers with large followings had posted false claims about her. Despite warnings, the perpetrator continued to circulate these rumors.
The former idol detailed the situation, saying, "It started with the ridiculous claim that I met my husband while working at an (adult entertainment) bar. They even fabricated chat screenshots claiming things like 'I saw So Hee,' and 'She worked at such a place,' and went as far as mentioning my family in their threats."

Last year, So Hee announced that she would retire from the entertainment industry after marrying a businessman 15 years her senior. Regarding how they met, she explained, "I met my husband at a colleague's birthday party, and our relationship naturally evolved, which led to the marriage. Right now, I'm spending the most stable and happiest time of my life."

Reflecting on her career, So Hee shared, "From my trainee days to my debut in 2017, and until my retirement, I never once acted dishonorably during my 10 years in the industry. I lived and worked harder than anyone, always giving my best. That's why it was so painful to feel like the sincerity and honor I've protected for so long were being distorted and doubted."
So Hee concluded that the case was swiftly forwarded to authorities thanks to the courage of other victims who came forward to provide reports. She said firmly, "I will see this through to the end without leniency."
