BLACKPINK makes a triumphant return to the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. US charts, with their new digital single "JUMP" sweeping the #1 spot on both charts, becoming the most popular song in the world, while this achievement crowns BLACKPINK as the "Only Artist so far in 2025 to have a song debut at the top of both Billboard Charts".

All of BLACKPINK's achievements have been worthy of praise, given that since the announcement of the release of "JUMP," the digital single has not had adequate promotion from YG Entertainment, and since it is not yet part of an album, the song has been disadvantaged by not having physical copies, remixes, or multiple versions. However, the female quartet has overcome adversity, going head-to-head with industry giants like Justin Bieber, Travis Scott, and Bad Bunny.

The Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts, rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, and in these lists, “JUMP” by BLACKPINK launches atop the Global 200 with 123 Million streams and 14,000 sales worldwide, while in Global Excl. U.S. with 109.9 Million streams and 11,000 sales outside the U.S.

Regarding the Billboard Global 200 Singles Chart"JUMP" became the largest streaming debut for a female song released in 2025 after surpassing Sabrina Carpenter's “Manchild” (70.1 million streams). With this, BLACKPINK also extended their record as the Girl Group with the most #1 hits in Billboard Global 200 history, thanks to "Pink Venom", "Shut Down," and now "JUMP".

To the delight of BLINKs, ROSÉ and BLACKPINK are the Only K-pop Female Acts to top the Billboard Global 200 Chart in history:

-ROSÉ: 'On The Ground' (2021)

-BLACKPINK: 'Pink Venom' (2022)

-BLACKPINK: 'Shut Down' (2022)

-ROSÉ: 'APT.' (2024)

-BLACKPINK: 'JUMP' (2025)

In Billboard Global Excl. US, BLACKPINK scored their fourth #1 song with "JUMP" on this chart, marking the most hits at the top by any Female Group in history.

Currently, the only songs by Female K-pop Acts to have topped the Billboard Global Excl. US Chart in history are: "Lovesick Girls", "Pink Venom", "Shut Down" and "JUMP" by BLACKPINK, "On the Ground" and "APT" by Rosé, "You & Me" by Jennie, "Rockstar" by Lisa and "Cupid" by FIFTY FIFTY.
