Stray Kids reaffirmed their global status by holding a solo concert at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, USA.
On May 31st and June 1st (local time), Stray Kids hosted two performances as part of their world tour ‘Stray Kids World Tour ’, meeting thousands of enthusiastic fans.
Originally scheduled for just one night on May 31st, the group added a second show on June 1st due to overwhelming demand.
The concerts were held at SoFi Stadium, a massive venue featuring a colossal circular screen suspended from the ceiling. Over the course of an approximately three-hour setlist, Stray Kids performed 30 of their global hits—from their debut track ‘District 9’ to their latest song ‘GIANT (Korean Ver.)’. The audience responded with thunderous sing-alongs and cheers, filling the stadium with energy and passion.
Following their first North American stadium concert at BMO Stadium in March 2023 during the encore leg of their ‘Stray Kids 2nd World Tour “MANIAC”’, the group’s return to Los Angeles this year marked a significant leap, with SoFi Stadium boasting more than triple the capacity.
The eight members expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying, “Thank you to every STAY who came today. We’re so happy to give back the love and joy you’ve given us. This moment is all thanks to you. We’ve been feeling incredibly grateful throughout this tour.”
Having wrapped up their successful LA shows, Stray Kids will continue their tour with performances at Globe Life Field in Arlington on June 6th and 7th.
The world tour spans 55 concerts across 34 regions, making it their largest tour to date. It is expected to draw a total of 2.2 million attendees, potentially setting a new record for the most attended K-pop tour by a single group when it concludes in Rome on July 30th.
