Singer and entertainer Lee Hyori is set to make her first appearance on tvN’s variety show 'You Quiz on the Block,' reuniting with long-time colleague Yoo Jae Suk.
According to broadcasting insiders on June 18, Lee Hyori will participate in the filming of 'You Quiz' on the same day. The exact air date of the episode has yet to be announced.
While her husband, musician Lee Sang Soon, appeared on the show in 2021 and spoke about their relationship, this marks Lee Hyori’s first personal appearance on 'You Quiz.'
The episode will also bring together Lee Hyori and Yoo Jae Suk on screen for the first time in nearly five years. The duo last worked together on MBC’s 'Hangout with Yoo' in 2020 during the Refund Sisters project. Known for their playful and heartfelt chemistry, the two earned the nickname “the Nation’s Siblings” through SBS’s 'Family Outing.'
They later formed the co-ed group SSAK3 with singer Rain on 'Hangout with Yoo,' topping the music charts and demonstrating flawless teamwork.
Fans are eagerly anticipating what stories and banter the beloved pair will share during Lee Hyori’s guest appearance on 'You Quiz.'
Since debuting in 1998 as a member of the girl group Fin.K.L, Lee Hyori has enjoyed a successful solo career while also establishing herself as a variety show mainstay. After living in Jeju Island with her husband for about 11 years following their marriage in 2013, the couple moved back to Seoul last year.
Lee Hyori is also set to return to the small screen later this year as the MC of a new makeup competition show, 'Top-Class Makeup Survival: Just Makeup.'
