On June 13, Kim Hye Soo shared a series of photos on her social media with the caption, “Thank you, actor Seung Ryong.” The images captured her radiant smile as she posed in front of the coffee truck sent to the set of her current tvN drama, 'The Second Signal.'
In the photos, Kim Hye Soo is seen enjoying the treat while dressed comfortably in a gray cardigan, black long dress, and a hat. Holding both a dessert and an ice cream cone, her cheerful selfies reflect her genuine joy and gratitude for the gesture.
What makes the gift even more meaningful is the story behind it. Ryu Seung Ryong’s act of kindness is said to be inspired by a moment from the past. In a previous interview, Ryu shared, “I once saw senior actress Kim Hye Soo send a coffee truck in the name of the production company to a lesser-known actor on set. That generous act warmed up the cold atmosphere on site, and it taught me the value of giving. Since then, I’ve wanted to share kindness with actors I’ve crossed paths with.”
Kim Hye Soo is currently filming 'The Second Signal,' the highly anticipated sequel to the 2016 hit drama 'Signal,' which captivated audiences with its unique storyline involving detectives from the past and present communicating via walkie-talkie to solve cold cases.
