H1-KEY has abruptly pulled out of several scheduled radio appearances just days before their comeback, sparking concern and speculation from fans and media alike.
On June 24, the official account of SBS PowerFM’s 'Bae Sungjae's Ten' announced that the guest lineup for the June 27 episode had changed: “Until 6/27 (Fri) 8:30 pm, the guest of ‘Ma.Fia’ has been changed to Lisene (Wonhee, Minami). Thank you for your understanding.” Although the message did not name the original guest, it is widely understood that H1-KEY had been scheduled to appear.
A day earlier, SBS PowerFM’s 'Wendy's Young Street' also announced a last-minute change: “The previously announced guest appearance by H1-KEY has been canceled.”
In addition, 'Escape at 2PM – Cultwo Show' also shared that H1-KEY had canceled their scheduled appearance, reportedly just two days before the broadcast. According to listeners, the show’s hosts directly addressed the situation on air, stating that the cancellation was abrupt and unusual.

The cancellations have stirred concern in online communities, especially as they affect promotional activities in the final days leading up to H1-KEY’s comeback. Fans noted that all three canceled programs are part of the SBS radio network, raising questions about whether the decision came from the agency or due to larger internal issues. However, no official explanation has been provided.
One fan commented online, “Radio shows are essential for smaller groups like H1-KEY. Canceling three in a row right before a comeback is worrying. Something clearly seems off.”
H1-KEY, composed of members Seoi, Riina, Hwiseo, and Yel, debuted in January 2022 and gained major attention in early 2023 with their breakout hit 'Rose Blossom'.
The group is set to release their fourth mini album, 'Lovestruck', on June 26 KST—marking their first comeback in about a year since their third EP 'LOVE or HATE'. The new album features five tracks, including the title song 'It Was Summer', as well as 'Good for U', 'One, Two, Three, Four', 'I Wish My Name Were the Sea', and 'Let It Burn'. A teaser for the title track's music video was released earlier this week.
While anticipation for the release remains high, the last-minute cancellation of multiple scheduled promotions has cast a shadow over what should have been a celebratory return—leaving fans hoping for clarification and reassurance from the agency in the days to come.
