
Boy group &TEAM has earned a Triple Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) with their highest album shipment to date.
According to the RIAJ on May 13th KST, &TEAM’s third single ‘Go in Blind’ surpassed 800,000 copies shipped as of April 2025, earning the prestigious Triple Platinum status, which is awarded for sales exceeding 750,000 units.
The single, featuring members K, Fuma, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, Maki, and EJ, captures &TEAM’s determination to break new ground and move forward boldly. The album includes a total of six tracks: the title track ‘Go in Blind’, ‘Run Wild’, ‘Wolf Type’, the marathon-themed song ‘Extraordinary Day’, as well as Korean versions of ‘Go in Blind’ and ‘Run Wild’.
The album topped Oricon’s Weekly Single Ranking and Weekly Combined Single Ranking (as of May 5th), proving its immense popularity. Oricon noted that the group’s 431,000 points on the Combined Singles Chart was the highest for any male artist this year.
In addition, &TEAM’s debut EP ‘First Howling : ME’, released in December 2022, was also certified Platinum (over 250,000 copies shipped) on the same day.
With this, every one of &TEAM’s physical albums (excluding digital singles) has been certified by the RIAJ.
Their previous releases, including their first single ‘Samidare’, second single ‘Aoarashi’, and second full-length album ‘Yukiakari’, were all certified Double Platinum (over 500,000 copies shipped).
