Actress Seol In Ah recently opened up about a past breakup, revealing the reason her ex-boyfriend ended the relationship.
On the May 12 episode of the YouTube talk show “Jjan-han Hyung (Bittersweet Brother) Shin Dong Yup”, Seol In Ah appeared as a guest alongside actors Jung Kyung Ho and Cha Hak Yeon. During the show, Jung asked Seol, “Aren’t you dating anyone these days?” to which she replied, “Didn’t you once tell me I’m not the type who can date?”
Jung responded with a laugh, “Yeah… it’d be hard. I don’t think anyone could handle you.”
Seol then shared a surprising story: “I actually have been dumped before. My boyfriend at the time said, ‘You’re too free-spirited. I can’t handle you,’ and broke up with me.”
She elaborated with a specific incident: “One day I really wanted to read a book by the sea, so I spontaneously took a KTX train to Busan. I called him while I was there, and when he asked where I was, I said ‘Busan.’ He was totally shocked.”
MC Shin Dong Yup comforted her, saying, “If someone says they can’t handle that, it’s a blessing. It means you got to filter him out early.”
