The organizing committee of the 'KM Chart Awards' has officially confirmed that actors Kim Hye Yoon and Ong Seong Wu will serve as hosts for the upcoming '2nd KM Chart Awards,' scheduled to take place in Korea on July 11, 2025.
In a statement released on May 13, the committee announced, “Kim Hye Yoon and Ong Seong Wu have been selected as MCs for the '2nd KM Chart Awards.'” They further noted, “Both actors are well known for their articulate speech and engaging presence. Their youthful energy and refined hosting abilities are expected to enhance the atmosphere of this year’s event.”
The 'KM Chart Awards,' formerly known as the 'Universe Superstar Awards,' is an annual music festival that recognizes artists who have made notable contributions to the music industry over the past year. The event also celebrates the fans who have supported these artists and played a role in their success.
The 2025 ceremony will feature award presentations, live performances, and special segments, aiming to highlight the achievements and cultural impact of Korean music domestically and globally.
