
ILLIT member Wonhee is making her debut as a drama OST singer.
On May 14th KST, Belift Lab announced that ‘The Story Your Eyes Tell Me’, Part 3 of the OST for the SBS drama ‘The Spring of Four Seasons’, sung by Wonhee, will be released on various music platforms at 6 PM KST.
‘The Story Your Eyes Tell Me’ is a ballad that conveys the emotions read through the eyes of a loved one. The gentle piano melody and warm string arrangement are complemented by Wonhee’s pure and delicate vocals, capturing the feelings of excitement and longing that come with love. The song will also be featured in Episode 3 of ‘The Spring of Four Seasons’, enhancing the emotional immersion of the drama.
Wonhee is also set to make a special appearance in the drama. While her role remains under wraps, even a single still image showcasing her refreshing presence has stirred high anticipation among fans.
Premiering on May 6th, ‘The Spring of Four Seasons’ tells the story of Sae Gye (played by Ha Yujun), a former top K-pop band member who was expelled and embarks on a new journey through college life. There, he meets Kim Bom (played by Park Jihoo) and finds a new chance to rise again in this youth romance music drama.
Meanwhile, ILLIT recently released ‘Almond Chocolate’, the theme song for the Japanese film ‘I Don’t Like You Just for Your Looks’, which received a positive response on local charts. Following that, Wonhee’s OST participation highlights ILLIT’s growing presence in the drama music scene as rising OST stars.
