On the May 7 episode of tvN’s 'You Quiz on the Block,' global superstar BLACKPINK's Jennie shared the secret behind her famously full and healthy hair. She credits her mother’s early and consistent care for the results she enjoys today.
The episode also features Jocelyn Clark, the first foreigner in Korea to master the gayageum, and middle school student Lee Ji Seop, who is known for training wasps. Jennie, who recently returned from her standout performance at Coachella, shares behind-the-scenes stories from her legendary stage appearance that she admits to watching repeatedly.
During the show, Jennie recalled shouting "Mom I love you" during her final song at Coachella. She said her mom complimented her hard work before quickly heading off to take pictures due to another appointment, bringing laughter to the studio.
Host Yoo Jae Suk mentioned how Jennie’s mother had always provided her with products and routines beneficial for hair health since she was a child.
Jennie added that every time she washed her hair, her mother ensured she followed special care routines. Jennie expressed her gratitude saying she now deeply appreciates the effort that gave her such healthy hair.
