According to SPOTV News on May 29 KST, actor Lee Dong Gun's recent dating rumor partner is actress Kang Hae Rim, a junior 16-years younger than him.
The news outlet claimed that Lee Dong Gun and Kang Hae Rim recently enjoyed a date in Chungdam-dong without paying mind to the gazes of onlookers, comfortably engaging in public displays of affection such as holding hands. The two stars have already introduced the other as a romantic partner to their close acquaintances, making no attempt to hide their relationship.
However, the management agencies representing both actors have remained tight-lipped regarding the dating rumors. Lee Dong Gun's label W PLUS stated, "It is difficult to confirm, since it is a matter of the actor's private life," while actress Kang Hae Rim's ANDMARQ similarly said, "It is difficult to confirm."
Meanwhile, Lee Dong Gun (45) married actress Jo Yoon Hee in September of 2017. Jo Yoon Hee then gave birth to a daughter in December of the same year. 3 years later, the couple underwent a divorce in 2020, with Lee Dong Gun relinquishing custody of their daughter to Jo Yoon Hee.
